Companies must prepare annually (in accordance with the provisions of the applicable Collective Agreement) a work calendar that will be displayed in a visible place in each workplace. (Art. 34.6 et)
The work calendar includes the 12 holidays distributed by Autonomous Communities, and must be completed with 2 holidays that are set in each municipality, that is, two days of local festivity.
