In recent times, we have seen that many companies bet on making an
intern contract
to their new employees, with the aim of benefiting from the innumerable advantages offered by this type of hiring.
The figure of the intern in a company plays a very important role, and in theory it should be shown as an opportunity for young people looking to enter the world of work and gain experience, but the truth is that in most cases this is not the case.
By hiring trainees, the company undertakes to train these new workers.
However, there are many companies that only opt for this
type of labor contracts
to save the cost reduction involved in hiring this type of workers, treating them like any other employee, and even demanding superior performance.
So, if you are a young person, you are in the last years of your career or you are a recent graduate and you are looking for a contract as an intern, it is important that you do not get carried away by the desire to join the labor market and ensure that the company will comply with the conditions that regulate this modality.
The problem is that in most cases it is the interns themselves who do not know if the company is really meeting these conditions or not.
Therefore, from AYCE Laborytax we have prepared a post in which we will explain the 10 different modalities of scholarship contract. Notes.

4 – Dual Vocational Training
It is a variation of Vocational Training focused on labor insertion.
Here learning in the training center is combined with internships in the company, with a contract duration of between 600 and 700 hours.
By law it does not include any type of remuneration, but there are many companies that include some type of economic benefit so that the scholarship holders can cover the expenses of diets or travel.
5 – Internships
These are contracts for young people who are studying any type of degree.
They are the university practices par excellence, and are usually the first contact with the world of work of every young university student.
They are usually carried out in the second part of the curriculum and, in many cases, are mandatory for students, being able to validate them later with credits of free choice.

The current regulations state that this type of contract must have a minimum duration of six months, and that they can become indefinite at any time. The company undertakes to hire at least 60% of the workers in an intern situation.
10 – Public employment and training programmes
These types of programs are designed for young people under 25 who do not have training or work experience, and are in a complicated situation to access the labor market.
The duration of these public employment and training programs is between one and two years, receiving theoretical training during the first six months, and practical training during the rest of the program.
