The General Administration of the State (AGE) has published the calendar of inhobile days for 2020, forthe purpose of counting deadlines in the conduct of administrative actions and for the exercise of citizens’ rights before the Public Administration.
The calendar of inhobile days is set annually,having to be published in the BOE before the start of a new year for citizens’ knowledge. It is drafted subject to the official working calendar drawn up by the Ministry of Labour, Migration and Social Security, setting in its respective field the days of non-bile.
That said, throughout the national territory they will be considered as working days on Saturdays, Sundays and days declared as non-replaceable national holidays. In the territorial area of the autonomous communities, those days that each community has determined as holidays will be inhobile.
While in the territorial areas of the entitiesthat make up the Local Administration, those establishing the respective Autonomous Communities in their corresponding calendars will be considered as unholy days.

How do unholy days affect filing times?
The calendar of days inhabile 2020 marks the deadlines for submission to the Administration,so it is necessary to take into account whether there is a holiday or not, so as not to rush the deadline for the submission of documents or claims in person.
